Low Emission Vehicles (LEVs) can use 95 Express for free once the vehicle has been registered with South Florida Commuter Services (SFCS). LEV owners who wish to register for 95 Express must first obtain a valid State of Florida HOV decal from the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, then fill out and submit the SFCS registration form. Once your registration information has been verified and approved, you will receive your 95 Express decal and letter of verification in the mail. Your decal and letter of verification will allow you to travel only the 95 Express Lanes in Southeast Florida toll free. When you use any other express lane or tolled facility, you will be charged the required toll. LEV drivers must renew their 95 Express registrations annually.
