South Florida Vanpool Renewal

Please complete the form below to renew your registration in SFCS’ Emergency Ride Home (ERH) program. It is important to update any home, work, or contact information to ensure that our records stay current and up-to-date.

You will need your vanpool driver’s name, vanpool ID #, and your SFCS Commuter ID to complete your renewal. Your SFCS Commuter ID can be found on the renewal notification that was emailed or mailed to you, on your SFCS Personal Profile, or by contacting SFCS at 1-800-234-7433.
