95 Express Transit Park & Ride Permit Registration

Broward County Transit (BCT) offers 95 Express bus service from Pembroke Pines Commons, Hollywood Hills Plaza, and Miramar Town Center. In order to utilize this parking at one of these locations, you must register your vehicle with South Florida Commuter Services (SFCS) to receive a 95 Express Vehicle Parking Permit.

You will receive your parking permit in the mail at the home address provided below within 7-10 business days. Your registration will be valid for six months. You will receive a renewal notice from SFCS 30 days prior to the expiration date printed on your permit; including instructions on how to renew your registration. Overnight parking is not allowed.

In order to use the parking spaces located at these locations, you must commute using the 95 Express bus service and display a valid 95 Express Vehicle Parking Permit in your vehicle.  *Note: Miramar Town Center parking is ONLY available at the Miramar Central Station, floors 2 -5 of the parking garage.

Emergency Ride Home Program – As a 95 Express commuter, you will automatically be enrolled in South Florida Commuter Services’ (SFCS) Emergency Ride Home (ERH) Program. If a valid email address is provided, you will automatically be enrolled in SFCS’ online ERH voucher program. If you would like to receive SFCS pre-printed vouchers by mail, contact an SFCS Customer Service Representative.
