95 Express Miramar Park & Ride Permit Registration

Broward County Transit (BCT) offers 95 Express bus service from Miramar Town Center to Downtown Miami/Civic Center.  Convenient parking is available at the Miramar Central Station, floors 2 -5 of the parking garage. In order to utilize this parking, you must register your vehicle with South Florida Commuter Services (SFCS) to receive a 95 Express Vehicle Parking Permit.  

You will receive your parking permit in the mail at the home address provided below within 7-10 business days.  Your registration will be valid for six months.  You will receive a renewal notice from SFCS 30 days prior to the expiration date printed on your permit; including instructions on how to renew your registration. Overnight parking is not allowed. 

In order to use the parking spaces located at the Miramar Central Station; you must commute using the 95 Express bus service and display a valid  95 Express Vehicle Parking Permit in your vehicle. 

Emergency Ride Home Program – As a 95 Express commuter, you will automatically be enrolled in South Florida Commuter Services’ (SFCS) Emergency Ride Home (ERH) Program. If a valid email address is provided, you will automatically be enrolled in SFCS’ online ERH voucher program.  If you would like to receive SFCS pre-printed vouchers by mail, contact an SFCS Customer Service Representative.
