UPDATED STATE ISSUED HOV DECAL INFORMATION MUST BE PROVIDED IN ORDER TO RENEW YOUR 95 EXPRESS HYBRID REGISTRATION. RENEWAL REQUESTS WITH EXPIRED HOV DECAL INFORMATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
